Who we are

This site is run by Ryane Joe, a sole trader trading as Rcorp Enterprises, based in Liverpool. You can contact us at ryane@rcorp.enterprises.

What we collect

This site has no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and loads nothing from other companies' servers.

If you send us an enquiry, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, business name if you give it, what you need, your budget and timeline if you choose them, and your message.

Like any website, the server that hosts this site keeps short technical logs of requests, which include IP addresses. They are used only for security and troubleshooting and are not kept longer than needed for that.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and, if you want to go ahead, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

Who can see it

Only us, and Hostinger, which provides our email and the server this site runs on and processes it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not become projects only for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. If you become a client, records are kept for as long as the law requires, which for accounting records is six years.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email ryane@rcorp.enterprises and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
