How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what the system needs to do. After a free first conversation we send a written proposal with a fixed scope and price, so you know the cost before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
The proposal includes a timeline. You see something working early and something better at regular intervals, on a staging copy you can use yourself.
Do we own the code and data?
Yes. Your source code, database and accounts are yours from day one, and if you ever want to move to another developer, you can.
Do you host and support what you build?
Yes. We can run the servers, releases, monitoring and encrypted off-site backups, and keep making changes as your business grows.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
Usually. We connect accounting, payments, couriers, suppliers and CRMs, and we can move you off an old system without losing records.
Do you only build for retail?
No. Retail is where we have the most finished work, but we build for clinics, hospitality, care, events, wholesale and any business that runs on a process.
